Calmoseptine® Ointment is a non-prescription, multipurpose moisture barrier. Most pharmacies can special order Calmoseptine® Ointment through their supplier (wholesaler or distributer) and have it for you in a few days.
If the pharmacy requires more information, have them call 1-800-800-3405 between 9am to 5pm (PST).
The NDC# for a 2.5 oz tube is #0799-0001-02 and the NDC# for a 4.0 oz tube is #0799-0001-04. Suggested retail price for the 2.5 oz tube is $7.00 and for the 4.0 oz tube is $8.75. Please note it may be necessary to add an extra zero on some systems (#00799-0001-02 or #00799-001-04).
