The routine use of Calmoseptine® Ointment for incontinence has markedly decreased symptoms of excoriation and pain, as well as maintenance of intact skin when area is consistently insulted by waste products. We've seen phenomenal relief of pain and reduction in skin denuding, often after only a short course of this ointment.

I find it to be an excellent product. In three to five days after applying Calmoseptine® Ointment, dramatic results are documented. I recommend its use with confidence to physicians and nurses alike for soothing and healing red, raw skin.

I am a colon and rectal surgeon, and I have found a great use for Calmoseptine® Ointment. One of my most commonly performed procedures is colonoscopy. The preparation for the examination includes being purged of stool. This is an arduous task and the patient's most common complaint is the soreness that is associated with multiple bowel movements. This regimen has virtually eliminated the soreness associated with this prep.

This has been extremely helpful to us as we treat our post operative wounds, especially the shave excisions. We do up to 20 per day among the physicians in our group and dispense the Calmoseptine® Ointment as part of the post-operative care. The product seems to keep down weeping and help prevent secondary infection.

Thanks to your product, Calmoseptine® Ointment, our 495 bed medical center has reduced the number of major perianal and sacral ulcers. Most patients indicate Calmoseptine® Ointment to be the first (many times the only) treatment which has provided relief. In a survey 5 out of 7 patients have obtained relief for rashes occurring from a medication reaction. In one study four patients with perineal redness were treated for 2 weeks with dermatomucosal agents and no improvement was noted- lotrimin and cortisones used during this time frame. Once treatment was started with Calmoseptine® Ointment, each of the four patients healed within an average of three days. I have observed faster healing on patients using Calmoseptine® Ointment on patients than when Desitin was used, especially when denuded skin was present. We appreciate the quality of your product and its safe usage on all age groups - infants through the elderly.
